Vusi's entry into the construction industry began in the yard of a national building material supplier, where he honed his skills under the guidance of his father, Mike, a renowned builder in Johannesburg's East Rand. In 2008, Vusi founded Dwellers Trading and Projects, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to delivering exceptional services. Throughout his career, Vusi has achieved significant milestones, from managing building contracts as a sub-contractor to participating in a three-year contractor development program facilitated by the Gauteng government's Public Works Department. This collaboration with the Ekurhuleni Municipality elevated Vusi's company, enenhancing its proficiency in construction techniques and and practices.
